How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, and can take longer should you live outside of a metropolitan area.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
No exchange, replacement or refund will be offered on used goods unless faulty or missing items from order. Items that are to be exchanged must be in their original, undamaged and unopened packing fit for resale. here.
Can I exchange or return the items I bought online to your physical store location?
No; unfortunately, we are not able to offer this. As we operate separately from our physical store locations, anything purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned in-store. For more information on online returns you can visit our Shipping and Returns page here.
Where can I find you in Malaysia?
Currently, we only have 2 physical store in Malaysia, which is located in Kuala Lumpur - Sunway Putra Mall & Putrajaya - IOI City Mall. To find our store, click here. Otherwise, we ship others states across Selangor! Order online and have your order shipped right to you.
Why don't you ship outside of Malaysia?

Is INGLOT cruelty-free?
Yes! INGLOT is completely cruelty-free. We do NOT test our products or ingredients on animals. Furthermore, we are PETA certified as cruelty-free, and you can see our verified status here.
Is INGLOT Vegan-friendly?
Absolutely! Out of all the products INGLOT creates and carries, about 80% are currently completely Vegan, made without any animal by-products. And we continue to come out with more! That means that more than 1200 INGLOT products are completely Vegan. When a product is Vegan or has Vegan shades, it is noted in the description. Is INGLOT gluten-free?

Yes, completely! INGLOT is 100% paraben-free and non-toxic.
Are the O2M Breathable Nail Enamels really “breathable”? Can water really reach your nails?
Yes, they really are! The O2M Breathable Nail Enamels are formulated with a special polymer typically found in contact lenses which allows for oxygen and water molecules to pass through the enamels. Therefore, when you are wearing the O2Ms, oxygen and water are able to permeate through the enamel to reach your nails, allowing your nails to “breathe”! Are the O2M Breathable Nail Enamels “7 free”? Are they non-toxic?
Yes, they are “7 free”. The O2M Breathable Nail Enamels do not contain the 7 toxic ingredients commonly found in other nail enamels. That means that they do NOT contain Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Dibutyl Phthalate, Parabens & Xylene. The O2M Breathable Nail Enamels are non-toxic.
Are the O2M Breathable Nail Enamels Halal?
Yes, they are Halal Certified. The O2M Breathable Nail Enamels do not block water from reaching your nails. The O2M Breathable Nail Enamels allow water and oxygen molecules to reach your nails while wearing the nail enamels. Furthermore, the O2Ms do not contain any ingredients which are prohibited by Islamic law. The O2Ms (along with many of our other products) are Halal Certified by the Muslim League in Poland (where INGLOT is headquartered and manufactures the O2Ms) here. The Council of Imams of Muslim League in Poland certified that the O2Ms and other products "are free from substances prohibited by Islamic law, and that the production process meets the Halal production requirements and therefore are suitable to use by all Muslims."
Are your products Halal?
Many and most of our products are Halal Certified. For instance, the O2M Breathable Nail Enamels are Halal. We had our products Halal Certified by the Muslim League in Poland (where INGLOT is headquartered and manufactures the O2Ms) here. The Council of Imams of Muslim League in Poland certified that the O2Ms and other products "are free from substances prohibited by Islamic law, and that the production process meets the Halal production requirements and therefore are suitable to use by all Muslims." To find products which are Halal only, use the filter to choose "Halal" under the Formula heading in the filter.
What does Duraline do?/What is Duraline for?
Duraline is a multi-tasker extraordinaire! Duraline is a mixing medium that has many different uses, some of which are:
- REHYDRATING -- Duraline can be used to rehydrate any gel, cream, pomade, or even liquid formula that has dried out. One to two drops will bring your product back to life, reconstituting it to ensure it works as if it’s brand new. PLEASE NOTE: We are not encouraging you to use expired, past date makeup! Remember that all makeup has a shelf-life that you should follow. Use Duraline when you have accidentally let something dry out, for instance, after accidentally leaving the cap loose.
- INTENSIFYING -- Add one to two drops of Duraline to any loose pigment or eye shadow to intensify its colour. It will turn your pigment into an intense, gorgeous liquid you can use as liquid liner, to cut your crease, or as an intense shadow! Better yet, once the liquid dries it will be water-resistant and transfer-resistant. TIP: You can also use this method to turn any powder product into a multi-purpose makeup machine! Shadows can become brow gels, blushes can become lipstains, and so on!
- WATERPROOFING -- Adding Duraline to any product makes it water-resistant and transfer-resistant. Yup, that’s right: it’s that incredible! You can use it to add 1-2 drops to your mascara a week, add to foundation before swimming, and more.
Is Duraline an oil?
No, Duraline is not an oil. It is an oil-less, water-less, clear liquid. It is polysilicone based and contains a copolymer that ensures your makeup is long-lasting. This ensures it can be mixed with any makeup product!
My AMC Eyeliner Gel/Gel Liner/Gel 77 dried out! What do I do?
Our AMC Eyeliner Gels come in a large container containing 5.5g of product. As with any gel or pomade, when exposed to oxygen the product will dry out, either over a long length of time or more quickly depending on length of exposure. If you keep the lid securely on at all times when not in use, this will prolong the natural texture of the product. If after a while you find the consistency drier, mix/turn over the first layer of the product so that the gel that has not been exposed to oxygen is now on the surface for you to use. If you have left the lid off for a length of time and the exposure to oxygen has caused the product to dry out more thoroughly, we recommend using Duraline to revive it. Mix 1-2 drops of Duraline into the Gel by either leaving it on the surface or mixing it in thoroughly.
Can I use oil or contact solution to re-hydrate eyeliner gels?
We do not recommend this whatsoever. Mixing in an oil, even when its intended use is for cosmetic purposes, or contact solution will change the formulation of our AMC Eyeliner Gels and make the waterproof quality less consistent to non-existent. To rehydrate your AMC Eyeliner Gel or any gel, cream, or pomade product, use Duraline. Duraline is a water-less, oil-less liquid specially formulated to maintain or add a waterproof durability to products. Because it is water-less and oil-less it does not clash or separate from products. Mix 1-2 drops of Duraline into the Gel by either leaving it on the surface or mixing it in thoroughly.
Does INGLOT have a Setting Spray?
Yes, and it’s incredible! Our setting spray is called Makeup Fixer and is available in two sizes, 150mL and 50mL, respectively. Makeup Fixer maintains the finish of your makeup while making it last all day. It also refreshes your makeup to a skin-like finish after powder application. It is also a "film former", meaning that it creates a protective barrier over your makeup. It truly will fix your makeup in place!
